Tell us about an entry rug, a favorite back door or a room that sees most of the foot traffic. We can plan the agreed checklist around those priorities. Heavy sand or unusual buildup should be mentioned before the visit.

Coastal air can leave a film on surfaces, while jalousies, screens and sliders collect dirt in narrow spaces. The standard list covers reachable household surfaces; it does not automatically include detailed windows, screens or tracks. Ask us about interior windows and describe the access. Salt damage, corrosion and worn finishes are not ordinary dirt, so cleaning cannot promise to reverse them. Let us know about natural stone, wood, metal fittings and any products your home needs us to avoid.

Lanikai homes range from smaller cottages to houses with guest rooms and separate living spaces. Our two-bedroom clean is $195, three-bedroom, two-bath is $235, and four-bedroom+ is $295. Include the bathrooms, guest spaces and any second kitchen in your request. A lanai used as an outdoor living room needs a separate scope conversation. Chris confirms what is covered before the clean so everyone is working from the same list.

Please tell us about lawful parking, a narrow driveway, gates or a shared entrance when arranging the visit. Send access instructions in your email conversation. For a move-out, share the date furniture will leave and the property manager’s checklist; the $375 service uses a three-bedroom, two-bath baseline. If the home is furnished and needs more attention to buildup, choose a deep clean instead. Scheduling is confirmed individually, and a request does not guarantee a time or same-day turnover.

Can you remove salt damage from fittings?
We can discuss cleaning surface dirt and residue. Corrosion, permanent staining and damaged finishes may need repair; we cannot promise restoration.
