An open lanai and jalousie windows can make indoor and outdoor living feel connected, but the cleaning work is different. A standard interior visit does not automatically cover lanai floors, window tracks or screens. Ask about those separately, including any interior windows you would like cleaned. Let us know which surfaces need gentle products. We do not take on high-access exterior work or specialist remediation, and cleaning cannot reverse weathering or permanent salt damage.
Planning a reset or a move.
Choose deep cleaning for a lived-in home that needs detail around accessible baseboards, reachable ledges and kitchen or bathroom buildup. Choose move-out cleaning when the home will be empty for handover. Both are $375 with a three-bedroom, two-bath baseline, and we confirm the work first. For a move, send your deadline and property manager’s list early. Mention shared gates, driveway access and pets privately by email so the arrival plan is clear before your cleaner comes.
